Booking and Cancellation Policy

We require a Visa or MasterCard number to confirm the reservation. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to re-let the room and a $50.00 USD cancellation fee will be charged. If the room cannot be re-let for the dates reserved, the amount of the total reservation will be applied. If cancellation is a potential issue you may wish to purchase cancellation insurance.

Payment

Prices are quoted in USD. You may pay in USD, Canadian, Euros, or Mexican currency. If you are paying by credit card we must convert the charges to Mexican currency in order to perform the transaction. The exchange rate will be calculated based on the current rate listed on www.xe.com which provides the interbank rate.
