Agua Azul is a gorgeous villa with breathtaking beach views. Enjoy the perfect combination of privacy and proximity to the beautiful beach of Playa Tejoncito.

Our villa is less than a 15-minute drive from the town of Santa Cruz Huatulco where you can take a cooking class and enjoy delicious street food. We are a short dive to La Bocana Beach, where you can find great surf. Take a trip into the mountains & you can enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Cascadas Magicas waterfalls.
Common Room
The common room is open on the ocean-facing side and is under a domed palapa (palm thatched) roof, 30 feet in diameter. This room is at your disposal throughout the day and evening.
There is a small kitchenette off the common room with:

A shared refrigerator, which includes an honor bar with beer and soft drinks.

A microwave.

A sink.

This space allows guests to make a sandwich, a salad or a light snack.

Breakfast

A complimentary continental breakfast is served between 8:00 - 9:30 AM.

Pools & Gardens

A two-tiered cascading pool is surrounded by tropical plants and flowers.

The upper pool has seating, and the lower pool is 30 feet long.

A shade palapa with loungers is adjacent to the lower pool.
Nearby Beaches
There are 36 beaches in Huatulco. Those accessible by road include: Arroicto, Chahue, Santa Cruz, La Entrega, Maguey, San Augustine and La Bocana.
Several of the beaches are within a National Park and can only be reached by boat or on foot. This coastal area is magnificent, and arranging a trip to visit some beaches is one of the many pleasurable ways to spend a day in Huatulco. Everyone has their favorite, but they are all spectacular.
Punta Arena / Playa Arena
The Punta Arena Playa is located about a 10 - 15 min walk from the Villa, half of which is on paved road and the other half is over a little known path through the forest. A small outcropping of rocks divides the two beaches, but both are long virgin beaches with no facilities. The trees are a fair distance back from the shoreline, so we have a few umbrellas available for guests.
This is a perfect place for a morning beach walk before breakfast. It is not uncommon to see tracks from giant sea turtles that have come up onto the shore to lay their eggs. On a calm day, this beach suitable for swimming, but it can be rough at times, with a rather sharp drop off at the shore line.
Tejoncito
Tejoncito is the small, very calm bay that the villa overlooks. It is also within walking distance and is very suitable for swimming or just relaxing.

Agua Azul la Villa is located in a prestigious residential area of Huatulco and overlooks Conejos Bay.
